Beaujolais Blanc
The regional appellation "Beaujolais blanc" was born in 1937, on soils of limestone or clay-limestone origin. The white Beaujolais is a rare wine since only 160 ha are cultivated.
Their vinification is quite different from that of red wines: the grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive in the cellar.
The fermentation lasts about fifteen days.
These wines are the pearl of the vineyard.
They offer subtle aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers.
In line with this great variety, they combine fabric and freshness, a balanced balance between roundness and finesse in which is also a zest of complexity.
In other words, the white Beaujolais is to discover without waiting!
