Juliénas is one of the most northern Beaujolais wines.
It is located on the north bank of the valley of the Bad, small tributary of the Saone.
Marked by the highest diversity of vineyards in Beaujolais, the vines share between soils of granitic origin in the west and sedimentary soils in the east.
